My wife made an oil change appointment for Saturday for our Bronco but when I arrived service writer Jaclyn, inform me that the appointment was actually for previous Tuesday, oops. She still managed to squeeze us in and get the service taken care of. My son and I walked a lot looked at some of the new cars then we walked through the sales floor, lot of Associates asked us if we needed help offered us water and food. My son and I had a very fun conversation about breakfast food with three of the sales associates it was a really really good experience. Thank you Casa Ford.
