I have already left a detailed analysis on google and received a reply. Bottom line is, I was treated well, service was performed admirably by Austin. Any issues I had were readily addressed by Roger. My truck no longer makes a noise when driving. My ESP seems to have almost "paid for itself" which is everyone's wish upon purchase. I still have many miles/years of coverage to go.
