Would have given 5 stars, but just came in for oil change with a 7:30am appointment. I was in line at the door at 6;20am. Took more than 2 1/2 hours for the service was the estimate wait time was 1 1/2 hours. As of 10am still sitting in waiting area.

All staff were very courteous and professional from the shuttle driver to the cashier when my vehicle was ready in a way faster time then I expected.
