The lobby is the nicest lobby of any casa dealership 2/14/26: I had such amazing service when purchasing a vehicle. My salesman Marco was with me during the entire process and so patient and understanding. He helped me as much as possible get into a good running car and the finance made it so easy to take it home same day compared to when I had an awful experience at the Casa Autoplex. All around 5/5 stars to Casa Ford, an to Marco!

The absolutely friendliest dealership I have ever experienced. Every. Single. Employee. had a smile, asked me if they could do anything for me, helped me find the cashier (no small feat) and warned me of a huge backup due to an accident and closure on I-10. Service was fast and coffee, hot chocolate, and popcorn was free. There was an ultra comfortable couch in the waiting room as a bonus. Highly recommended based on this (my first) experience.
