★★★★★Overall the experience was good. Jose my service technician was responsive and kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle. Overall cost of replacing the flex plate and associated parts was just under $2700 after $100 military discount. After replacing the flex plate of my 2017 ford explorer the starter started making a metal on metal grind at the end of the startup sequence. After replicating the sound for the mechanic multiple times it was agreed upon to fix the issue that started after the flex plate replacement and I was told they replaced the starter. The vehicle still makes the grind noise but less frequently than when it did before the starter replacement. Hopefully it’s just new parts breaking themselves in.

★★★★★May 2026 - the warranty for some parts should be longer, I originally was upset that this was going to cost me an arm and a leg but my tech guy managed to get things fixed for way less than expected, I’m extremely happy right now, I have more things to take care of but this will do for now. January 2026 - after the trouble from last year this year they really stepped it up. The guy who helped me was really running around all over getting things done. He told me straight up how long it would take and it was ok since I came prepared with books to read. Had breakfast and lunch at the cafe and everything was great. 2025 Update - After the phenomenal help I received last year I was hopeful for this year, but they fell back to their old ways. They do great work, that’s not the issue. The issue is the entire time I’ve had my car and had it serviced here I NEVER get an accurate quote, the exception being last year. 17 years and only once have I ever gotten an accurate quote. Their service is great, but the communication is horrible. I don’t make millions so when I bring in my car I have to plan out how much it’s going to be because I have other bills to pay. The folks are friendly, the service is great, but the communication is lacking big time. I don’t mind paying for labor but it would be nice to know that you’ll be charging me for it BEFORE I go pay to make sure I have the funds available. 2024 - The lady that helped me out was the first person in many years to really help me
