★★★★★I understand that things happen and sometimes things are out of our control, but I was deeply disappointed to find out my vehicle's transmission gave out in just over 60k miles and a replacement would not be covered due to the expired warranty!?.. I was told, after sitting in the service department for 2-1/2 months. I was truly surprised Ford won't warrant a vehicle to 100k miles. I have driven new and used Fords all my life and never had one fail me like this ☹ As for the service department, being short on staff plus the supply chain disruption, Jesse did an outstanding job keeping me informed on the status of my vehicle, thanks!👍
