I have never owned a Ford truck before. Now I understand why the claim that the F-Series trucks are the best-selling, especially the F250 being the most popular in the model series. Good service. They noticed a problem with my transmission that I knew about but forgot to ask them to check it out. Turns out the dual clutch needed replacement and they changed it out under warranty.
