You'll never be left in the dark wondering what's going on with your car. I took my 2011 Escape to have all the engine and transmission mounts replaced. Sergio was detailed about the repairs my car needed and was very transparent about the price. He kept me updated throughout the repair process. I took my car in on a Monday and by the next day Tuesday it was ready.. earlier than promised. When I picked up my car he reviewed the repair invoice with me, explained what was done and advised me about the warranty coverage the repairs Included ..there were no surprise charges. I received my car clean and the repair workmanship was outstanding! My car was no longer vibrating when I turned my AC on. Thank you Sergio for being an awesome Advisor! Your attention to detail is unmatched. You've made servicing my car a hassle free and easy experience. I am a very happy loyal Casa Ford customer. Highly recommend!

It was a pleasant experience. John approached us immediately, offering his assistance. He gave us the exact information we needed and several options. He was extremely helpful, and in the end, we left with what we wanted. Thank you, Ford. I took my car to have the third brake light replaced. Mr. Jose Borunda was in charge. He's a terrible person. He doesn't have the courtesy to give any details about how the work is progressing. He told me he would deliver the car on a certain day, and more than five days passed. If I hadn't called to ask, he wouldn't have delivered it. As soon as I called, they told me it was ready. Frankly, I don't think they fixed it at that moment. Who knows how long it had been there, but Mr. Borunda is useless for customer service. They weren't doing me a favor. I paid for the service. Terrible. Terrible.
