He'll make your concern his priority and will make sure you're completely satisfied with any and all repairs. He's excellent at returning calls and texts. You'll never be left in the dark wondering what's going on with your car. I took my 2011 Escape to have all the engine and transmission mounts replaced. Sergio was detailed about the repairs my car needed and was very transparent about the price. He kept me updated throughout the repair process. I took my car in on a Monday and by the next day Tuesday it was ready.. earlier than promised. When I picked up my car he reviewed the repair invoice with me, explained what was done and advised me about the warranty coverage the repairs Included ..there were no surprise charges. I received my car clean and the repair workmanship was outstanding! My car was no longer vibrating when I turned my AC on. Thank you Sergio for being an awesome Advisor! Your attention to detail is unmatched. You've made servicing my car a hassle free and easy experience. I am a very happy loyal Casa Ford customer. Highly recommend!

I had my car towed to Casa Ford for repairs. They accepted my car without hesitation and got it running again. It was a little pricey but I was just glad to have my car back running properly. I have found it better to do my oil changes here as well because I have a peace of mind knowing they're professionals with fast friendly service.

My wife took our car to get an oil change and was then taken to work after leaving her contact information. When the car was ready I received a text and a phone call to update me with the status. I advised that my wife should have been contacted instead of me and this was quickly corrected, along with my wife being picked up from work to go get our car. We appreciate that when the mistake was made there was a quick and friendly resolution to the situation.
