I purchased my 2016 Camry new from Desert Sun which is now Casa Toyota in Alamogordo. It has 306,750 miles on it and is still in excellent condition thanks to my longtime dedicated service advisor Federico and the great team of service technicians. I wouldn’t trust my Camry to anyone else and when I am ready for a new one I will buy it from Casa. Many thanks! My 2016 Camry now has 320,000 miles on it and I brought it to Casa Toyota in Alamogordo for a new battery, spark plugs and to replace a worn out gas cap. As always, my service advisor Federico was courteous and thorough during the intake, and my favorite technician Brian did the work today. He is very attentive to every detail and he lets me know what a pleasure it is to service a well-cared for car. Casa’s excellent salesman Bryce is trying to persuade me to drive a new Camry Hybrid and that may be coming down the pike but for now I am very grateful that the team at Casa is keeping my old Camry roadworthy! Still driving my 2016 Camry with 332,000 miles on it and two weeks ago one of the springs in my trunk suspension “detonated”! Fortunately the trunk was not open when it happened but it was very unsettling. I went to the dealership and Tony was at the advisor counter. Within fifteen minutes he was able to confirm the problem, inform me of the cost of the repair and order the parts. I received a call when the parts were received and scheduled service. Tony assured me that the repair would be handled by a Master Tech and in an hour it was good to go. I really appreciate Tony’s courtesy throughout the process and it’s yet another example of the consistent quality of care I have experienced at Casa Toyota in Alamogordo. Thanks again! Update!!! It’s July 2nd and last week my beloved 2016 Toyota Camry needed a repair that would cost in excess of its value… with 366,000 miles on it and a decade of memories, it was time to let it go. Most people are happy and excited when buying a new car. I was very sad but my salesperson Matt Owen was kind and patient and made the experience bearable. I test drove the 2026 Camry Hybrid because of my previous excellent experiences as a Camry owner. I would not even consider a different car or dealership. Matt was able to get the color of my previous Camry, Celestial Silver, and a few days later he called to say it was ready for me. He processed all the paperwork and with the collaborative efforts of Dakota in finance, Eric’s tech guidance, and Brandon Burling’s special attention, Matt helped me to embrace my new Camry. He was efficient and sensitive to my situation and my needs, and he helped me navigate so much more than just the transaction. Thank you, Matt, and thanks always to everyone at Casa Toyota.
